Harunur Rashid

Harunur Rashid (Born on September 23, 1932) is a Bangladeshi Professor & author of Mathematics and education advocate. He retired from Government service of Bangladesh as Professor & Head of the Department of Mathematics, Government Brajalal College (B. L. College), Khulna. He served the department of Mathematics of Khulna University in its early days as part time teacher. He also served Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of Bangladesh (ICMAB), Khulna Centre in teaching their students. He was awarded West Bengal State Ganit Utsab Award in 2018 for the efforts of introducing mathematics study and teaching by publishing a good number of books on Mathematics for undergraduate and post graduate levels in English as well as Bengali.
