I am a soprano currently pursuing a Masters of Music at the Longy School of Music.
After graduating from California State University - Fullerton with a Bachelor of Music in Vocal Performance in 2009, I worked professionally in Los Angeles for two years before returning to school. I am currently studying with Jayne West and will give my graduate recital this coming April.
I enjoy singing music from all historical periods and am partial to choral music. Singing in an excellent vocal ensemble is one of my joys.
The future of classical music lies in the hands of today's musicians and audiences. What do we desire for this future? This question, and many others, are addressed in Isaiah Jackson's course "The Future of Classical Music."
