Introduction


The paper will represent the business idea which will help the reader know and understand about the wireless power transfer which is feasible. The cell phones, household robots and other players, laptops, portable electronic devices which will operate without batteries in future.

Wireless transmission is helpful in case of interconnection of wires which are impossible and hazardous. Efficiency and effectiveness is the more important and powerful characteristic with the help of wireless transmission.


The paper will discuss about the technology which is disruptive and will represent some new ideas and views to the IKEA technology. The new idea will be proposed in this paper to convince IKEA for taking initiatives about the new plans and new technologies. Thus the paper will describe the market needs with the help of feasibility study and also will represent the competitive advantage and benefits of the paper. Therefore, various steps and stages will be discussed in the paper to provide patents to this idea. Thus, in the first phase, this study will cover the following aspects. In the second phase of the paper, the paper will talk about the company which has been established and set up a product which needs solution of excellence in terms of operation, supply chain management, electronic strategies.


The main focus will be the strategy and solution of the paper that will help to provide new ideas and implementations for the company to set up its product easily and with easy convenience and requirements.

1. The new idea that would try to convince IKEA to take initiative for disruptive technologies. As people know that IKEA is entering into the world of technology, it integrated the LED television for the people in this world. IKEA also introduced the sound system with a wireless speaker and also an internet connection to it for CD, DVD and other devices. IKEA is one of the world’s largest top retailers of furniture, home furnishings, house wares and other useful products for the consumer. IKEA has built everything around them. IKEA also successfully combined all system of controls to a remote control. Thus, it also researched and introduced various colours in their television set from 24 inches to 46 inches and it includes in such a colour that is grey, black and blue. MP3 players, iPods, and other music players easily get plugs in to this channel. To convince IKEA for disruptive technology, they will need to require adapting new technologies which are in demand these days. The innovation theory will be convinced to IKEA so they can take initiatives for new innovation for their business. The technology continuity will help the business innovate new set of opportunities and to integrate in leadership activities for resolving various problems of disruptive innovation will not help the company to handle all the problems so they need to participate in some sort of activities and innovation to continue profit and productivity of their business. New business model and new technologies should apply innovation strategies and IKEA should also introduce the concepts of new technology and should participate in continuous change because it has various benefits attached to it. The management skills and the organization structure is totally depend and based upon the kind of innovation which results to improved efficiency and also the advanced competitiveness. This wireless technology need low power requirements, it will work with power wirelessly and will think about the physical phenomena with reality. It will charge automatically so, the company will need to provide the training to their team and research and development group for better development of technology of wireless device in their products and technologies which will help the people work and to use the products without wires and cords as well as electricity. This will also provide high cost advantages and high technology for the same. It will also ensure easy communication and easy accessibility to the networks. It will also spread cost advantages and will offer high amount of productivity and fulfil the new demand. This will help the company to improve on the performance and also on the competitiveness of the product. This will avoid the cost of wiring which is an edge of competitiveness. Thus the patent of Government will be responsible directly to this idea and steps of execution. It should be protected to the public and should not harm the society. It should be approved by the government and should consist of licensing activities to follow the approaches and new ideas. Thus it should also encourage the safety rules to improve the interoperability purposes and activities for better public safety and for better support to manage the issues and to provide the great ways for uses. As discussed, in the above paragraphs and sections about the new proposed innovative technology that wireless power transfer within devices or products. The MIT team made this concept or technology success and achieved to transfer power within device without wireless but the distance was only 2 meters. Various methods also introduced or people had clear visibility and awareness about those methods which is used for transmitting power with wire like: Electromagnetic radiation is the best example of it which is used for wireless transmission for information worldwide but this method is insufficient in case power transmission because of space or non-radioactive magnetic field. To solve the challenges or problem the MIT University’s team used two copper coils. Each self resonant system where one attached to the power source is the sending unit. To fill the space around it used non-radioactive magnetic field for power exchange with the other, receiving coil but here, the major problem was distance. Small and very useful devices like laptop, mobile and many other accessories required battery and energy to keep them active. Today almost products are using wire power transmission methods. So, today is the right time to introduce this technology to develop new products to cater the market. Below in phase II this paper focuses on the technology to introduce new product to capture the market by defining the new company and their operation, supply chain and other strategy. All the details and description are based on assumption and covers some facts and figure and scope of opportunities in the market. To used the above technology wireless transmission power within devices and products in the phase II the paper consist or provide a descriptive report on selected product “Laptop or Note book”. To introduce the new company this paper defines a company “X” which is manufacturing a wide range of laptop.

Operational excellence is a concept or systematic method or philosophy which focuses on leadership style teamwork and other core groups to addresses the issues, challenges or organizational problem and creates or derive path for continuously improvement through empowering employees, and optimizing existing activities in the process.” To achieve operational excellence for the introduced or proposed to introduce product “Laptop” by the company X in the market, the company X to focuses and their engineering activities which starts from product design where the expert think and keep their views on product accessories, product model and other key elements. Product design defines the actual requirement of the customers’ need and also creates need within customers. After that the product development team needs to think and present their view on product definition, product specification, product realization and testing and qualification. The entire above step provide scope of improvement and define the further change, feasibility and other key information about the product. As there are number of secondary sources provides information about those devices and products which are performing without wire like magnetic mouse, keyboard and many other products. Customers are enjoying these product and demanding increasing in the market with time so, if in case of wireless power transmission technology based product laptop definitely create great market for the company so, in this case company should focus on their strong supplier and distributors and manufactures networks to meet the demand. There are millions and billions of users who are getting the competitive advantage through the help of e-commerce applications of wireless technology. The enhanced features and e-commerce applications help to communicate the organization with their buyers. It creates a secure network markets and also it helps to increase the productivity in the work place. Through internet and various social network company can promote their product. These communication mediums take only few second to develop a good market. As in the above sections the paper also presents the scope of opportunities in the market about the product, so there is high probability of success.
