Ahmad Hammad Khan Tahiri is the elder son of renowned and senior journalist and analyst Hammad Hassan and the grandson of the biggest spiritual leader of pushtun belt Sheikh-ul-Quran Molana Muhammad Tahir (Panjpir) who was the founder of JITS (Jummat-e-Ishaat Tauheed wa Sunnah). The current head of JITS is the uncle of ahmad khan who is Molana Tayyab Tahiri. JITS is controlled from Panjpir swabi kpk with a strong hold in KPK and all pashtun areas i.e. Balochistan and also in Punjab and Sindh. A big number of followers of Jummat e ishaat are in KSA, Malaysia, Egypt and UAE as well as thousands of active followers alone in Afghanistan.
