Ceno ( Rapper)

Lionel Bradley born In Glendale, California, better known by his stage name Ceno, is an American rapper from Los Angeles, California. In 2015, he entered the Hip hop world releasing his single, "Say My Name" Which started creating a buzz for him on Youtube and some FM radio The single's success landed him an opening slot in the first annual ‘’’Real Show’’’ ] at one of the most notable venues The Forum in Inglewood, California hosted by ‘’’Real 92.3’’’ KRRL. Which is also home to the radio personality Big Boy. To Continue the buzz Ceno was enduring he created a visual for the song ‘“Say My Name”’ Later releasing the video on WorldStarHipHop. Which received over a million views and positive feedback.

In March 2016, Ceno decided to display a more lyrical approach slightly different than that of “ Say My Name” with the release of an unofficial mixtape titled “The One Take Mixtappe” on Datpiff [6] which received generally positive reviews and Seventeen Thousand downloads. Following a few more single releases “6 In The Morning”, “Magneto”, “Pop That”, “Noter”, “Fresh” and many more over the course of three years. In 2020 Ceno decided to take an entrepreneur approach teaming up with Merchant Wade better known as Grey Go to form the record label 700 Family releasing a bundle of singles “Doubt U”, “Hot One” and many more under the newfound label. Ceno also encountered social media fame with his on-the-spot freestyle rap. Being the first to ever rap to classical songs by Mozart and Beethoven.

Early life

Ceno grew up in Los Angeles, California amid gang culture. His mother and father indulged heavily in drugs with active Crip affiliations. He is one of four boys, two younger, one older. Ceno attended 75th Street Elementary school, Upland Elementary School, Bethune Middle School. By middle school Ceno had a profound love for music learning to play instruments and being selected to join a few Jazz Bands. However, Ceno was plagued by homelessness and gang violence with the deaths of his older brother and uncle who was the father figure in his life. By his late teens Ceno was a high school dropout as the streets appeared to be more engaging than education. Nothing could keep Ceno from the fast life and eventually, Ceno went to jail for armed robbery being sentenced to 5 years in prison. With 5 years to reflect, Ceno was reacquainted with music which served as therapy and a outlet from the chaos he was drowning in.

Career

In 2015 Gives birth to Ceno’s career when he released Say My Name, Which gave him some notoriety in hip hop being recognized by one of the biggest radio personalities Big Boy.  December 2016 Ceno released a combination of singles “Fresh”,] “Noter”, In January 2017 another combination of singles followed “All types of Bitches”, “6 In The Morning”, In February 2017 “We Roll Deep”, “Livest Nigga”,] hits the air waves. “On My Gangbang”, “See Me” with features from J-loco and Snoop Dogg  released in March 2017. In April Ceno releases another combination of singles “Goin Up”, “Baby”, followed by “Pop That”  in May 2017. Ceno then releases another combination of singles announcing through social media in June, 2017 “Magneto (Aww Damn)”, “Can’t Fuc Wit’em” with many more to follow over a two year span. In 2020 Ceno founded the record label 700 Family and began releasing more singles with Doubt U being the most successful. Ceno then became a social media sensation going viral on facebook with his on-spot rap to classical music, songs composed by Mozart and Beethoven. Following up with a few more single releases in 2021. Going on to team up with Crooked I aka KXNG Crooked for his June 3rd 2022 release of the single “Clip Clic Bang”.
