William Scott Myles (12 November 1852 - 18 March 1911) was a Scottish painter.[1][2]
Life

His father was William Myles [Snr] (born 16 August 1827), a baker from Scone, Perthshire.
His mother was Euphemia Crighton (30 July 1823 - 1861) from Dundee. William and Euphemia married on 10 March 1849 in Liff, Invergowrie, Angus.
William Scott Myles was born in Forfar, Angus on 12 November 1852 in Forfar.
He married Agnes Petrie on 3 November 1875 in Forfar.

[edit]He died on 18 March 1911. The funeral was on 21 March 1911.[8] He is buried on Newmonthill Cemetery in Forfar.[9]
