John Muirhead (22 March 1862 - 21 November 1927) was a Scottish painter.[1][2]

His father was John Muirhead [Snr] (born c. 1828), an architect from Edinburgh.

His mother was Jessie Brown (born c. 1828) from Edinburgh. John [Snr] and Jessie married on 20 August 1856 in Edinburgh.

John Muirhead was born on 22 March 1862 in Edinburgh.[5]

He married Margaret Neale Cooper in 1897 in Edinburgh.[6]
