Charles Carmichael Binning Monro (1 December 1851 - 20 April 1923) was a Scottish painter.[1][2]

His father was Alexander Binning Monro (22 May 1805 - 12 December 1891) from Kilmadock, Perthshire.

His mother was Harriet Monro (2 August 1816 - 7 March 1898) from Edinburgh. Alexander and Harriet married on 4 August 1835 in Colinton, Edinburgh.

Charles Carmichael Binning Monro was born on 1 December 1851 in Auchenbowie in Stirlingshire.

He died on 20 April 1923 at his home Osborne Villa, Maidencombe, near Torquay in Devon, England.

The value of his estate was £11,105, 11 shillings and 6 pence.[8]
