Isabella McLaurin (17 June 1850 - 23 August 1925) was a Scottish painter.[1]

Her father was Duncan McLaurin [Snr] (born c. 1816), a bank agent from Neilston, Renfrewshire.

Her mother was Ann Wilson (born c. 1809) from Glasgow. Duncan [Snr] and Ann married on 5 July 1840.

Isabella McLaurin was born on 17 June 1850 in Glasgow.[6]

Her brother was the artist Duncan McLaurin and her sister was the artist Janet McLaurin.

Death

She died on 23 August 1925 at 40 John Street, Helensburgh. The death certificate states she died of enteritis and lung congestion.
