Isabella McLaurin (17 June 1850 - 23 August 1925) was a Scottish painter.[1]
Life

Her father was Duncan McLaurin [Snr] (born c. 1816), a bank agent from Neilston, Renfrewshire.
Her mother was Ann Wilson (born c. 1809) from Glasgow. Duncan [Snr] and Ann married on 5 July 1840.
Isabella McLaurin was born on 17 June 1850 in Glasgow.[6]
Her brother was the artist Duncan McLaurin and her sister was the artist Janet McLaurin.

[edit]She died on 23 August 1925 at 40 John Street, Helensburgh. The death certificate states she died of enteritis and lung congestion.
