Ralph William Hay (7 November 1877 - 11 March 1943) was a Scottish painter.[1][2]
Life
[edit]His father was Ralph William Hay [Snr] (c. 1837 - 13 June 1905), a master draper from Fordyce in Banffshire.
His mother was Barbara Ross Kelly (c. 1846 - 1925). Ralph [Snr] and Barbara married on 9 June 1875 at Old Machar, Aberdeenshire.
Ralph William Hay was born on 7 November 1877 at 2 Ashley Road, Aberdeen.
