David Duncan (2 September 1867 - 2 March 1943) was a Scottish painter.
Life
[edit]His father was David Duncan [Snr] (8 April 1831 - 21 February 1910), a cloth lapper from Dunfermline.
His mother was Janet McLeod (born c. 1832) from Dunfermline. David [Snr] and Janet married on 16 November 1860 in Dunfermline.
David Duncan was born in Dunfermline on 2 September 1867.[1]

[edit]He died in Dunfermline on 2 March 1943 at his home in 118 Grieve Street. The death certificate states he died from coronary thrombosis. [3]
