Nathaniel Hughes John Baird (20 August 1855 - 2 June 1936) was a Scottish painter.[1]
Life
[edit]His father was Rev. John Baird (17 February 1799 - 29 November 1861).[2]
His mother was Jessie Hughes (born c. 1820). Jessie was John Baird's second wife.
Nathaniel Hughes John Baird was born on 20 August 1855 in Yetholm, Roxburghshire.
He married Margaret Dudgeoin from Graden, Roxburghshire.
