James McCulloch Robertson (28 April 1869 - 16 March 1938) was a Scottish painter.[1][2]
Life

His father was William Robertson (23 December 1826 - 8 April 1884), a shipbroker from Leith, Edinburgh.
His mother was Jane Aitken (c. 1826 - 31 May 1898) from Chatham in Kent, England. William and Jane married on 22 November 1850 in Dalgety, Fife.
James McCulloch Robertson was born in St. Davids, Dalgety on 28 April 1869.[6][7]
He married Margaret Brown Wellwood (24 March 1870 - 7 August 1950) from Glasgow. They married on 8 January 1901 in Ormskirk, Lancashire, England.
He married Adelaide Cesari. They married on 2 November 1927 in Cape Town, South Africa.
