Agnes Love Reid (1903 - 1983) was a Scottish painter.[1][2]
Life
[edit]Her father was William Reid (born c. 1870), a commercial traveller from Paisley, Renfrewshire.
Her mother was Mary McKinnon Hunter (c. 1878 - 25 March 1957) from Houston, Renfrewshire. William and Mary married on 10 August 1898 in Paisley.
Agnes Love Reid was born in Musselburgh in 1903.
She married Rev. James Jardine on 18 July 1929 at Craiglockhart parish church in Edinburgh.[3]
