Andrew Phin Neilson (23 July 1920 - 2004) was a Scottish painter.[1][2]

Life

His father was Andrew Neilson [Snr] (c. 1885 - 1951), an upholsterer from Dundee.[4]

His mother was Isabella Lamont Clark (c. 1892 - 1980) from Dundee, the eldest daughter of David Clark of 69 North Tay Street, Dundee. Andrew [Snr] and Isabella married on 19 November 1919 in Dundee at the Catholic Apostolic Church.

Andrew Phin Neilson was born on 23 July 1920 in Miss Chapman's Central Nursing Home, Dundee.[5]
