Rajat Kalsan is a lawyer who is working on Dalit rights and a human rights activist who hails from sub-division Hansi, district Hisar in the state of Haryana (India). He has advocated major cases of Dalit atrocities in Haryana and other states in cases of Dalit atrocities, in hundreds of cases of Dalit atrocities including Mirchpur case of Haryana, Bhagana carnage , Bhatla carnage , have advocated the victimized Dalit society, besides this, he also done a lot of work in the cases of sexual violence against Dalit women and children in Haryana.he has done justice to Dalit women from road to court.
