Note: Done means 'free of Redr/This is a redirect'. Done doesn't mean 'everything uses rcat shell' (listing the templates separately remains valid and is left alone where already done as such). Done doesn't necessarily mean 'all redirects are appropriately tagged, neither lacking any necessary or applicable templates nor including any inapplicable templates' (though blatantly wrong templates will be removed and blatantly missing templates will be added, my first priority is 'converting away from Redr' not 'double-checking every redirect in existence'.
