Chemex coffeemaker for those unfamiliar!

Hi! I am a new Wikipedian interested in coffee and Pokemon Twitch streams living in Boston. I'm a particular fan of Portland's Tandem Coffee & am interested in learning more about home coffee making in general (especially with a Chemex system). I am interested in adding knowledge to Wikipedia about some of the above interests where there are significant gaps.
