Dr. Angela Christian Williams is the Founder and CEO of National Parent Institute, Inc. She is a former school district administrator. Her work includes education and health care advocacy. She is a community leader, work life harmony expert and a multi-tiered systems of support leader.

She founded National Parent Institute, Inc. (NPI) in 2018, a 501 C3 nonprofit organization to empower parents to better help their children. Since 2019, she has coordinated the Clarkston and Stone Mountain Clusters School and Community Rally. Annually, the rally supports over 500 families in Clarkston, Georgia. NPI focuses on bridging the gap between schools and the community.

Dr. Williams is the recipient of President Joseph R. Biden’s 2022 Lifetime Achievement Award for volunteer service. She is also the recipient of other awards.
