City Center is a master-planned, transit-oriented development adjacent to the Virginia Railway Express (VRE) station in Manassas Park, Virginia. City Center is designed to be the focal point of the new city, calling for a vibrant mix of luxury apartments and and integral retail. The project will incorporate modern styles for an updated town center look, with façades that combine different architectural materials and elements to create an urban feel. Thoughtful use of shade and lighting will help to create an enjoyable pedestrian environment. The first phase of this mixed-use development is the construction of two U-shaped buildings; these four-story buildings will include three floors of housing on top of 45,000 SF of retail.
