Welcome to Abtal's Wikipedia user profile. While I have no desire to share my "real" identity, I do think it's important to share some of my demographic information that others may use it when considering my contributions to any articles.

I'm a Caucasian (Celt-German)/Amer-Indian male born in the U.S. state of Oklahoma in 1962. My paternal grandfather was a near-fullblood Cherokee Indian and parttime subsistence farmer deep in the Ozarks around Tahlequah, OK. My maternal grandmother was part Pawnee. My father was an upper-level mgr for a large U.S. corporation. I'm married with two children.

I have a BA in history from Berkeley and currently reside in Berkeley. My interests include archaeology, physics, history, geography and anthropology.
