User:AP 499D25/LTA Tracking/Noktundo bludgeoner

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

This is an anonymous user from approx. Ontario, Canada, who has been persistently involved in bludgeoning the process, POV-pushing, general disruptive editing, and even some incivility on Noktundo land dispute-related topics, resulting in several IP address blocks and numerous page protections being placed. This has been going on since at least Oct 2023.

This topic has been discussed to death at here, here, here, and here. The consensus from a dozen or so editors on all those talk page discussions have been pretty clear, that Noktundo should be listed as an ongoing dispute on Wikipedia. Yet, this IP editor continues to bludgeon the process by essentially asking the same question over and over again every week, maybe in a little different way.

Ignoring them isn't simply gonna work, as they will then absolutely flood the talk page full of the same question being asked over and over again, like here and here for example.

This page aims to list all the IP addresses used by the Noktundo disruptor to see what rangeblocks could be placed to stop further disruption.

The person behind this IP disruption may be the same as the one behind User:ПаравозЛазо, which is a confirmed sock of User:Kaustritten. User:ПаравозЛазо displayed similar POV-pushing behaviour as these IP addresses do on Noktundo-related topics.

Vast majority of the IP addresses used by the person belong to CIK Telecom.

Here's an ANI report of this anon user.
