Hi, this is me Malik Ahmad Hassan Awan ( Alvi ), my home town is Jumma Sharif Dera Ismail khan, khyber Pakhtukhuwa Pakistan. I was born in 19-April-1989 in Pakistan my home town.

I have completed my primry education in home town Ghousia Public School Jumma Sharif and Matric from Government High School Drabbin Khurd in 2005, I passed Intermediate from D. I. Khan board in 2009 and Graduation from Gomal University Dera Ismail Khan in 2012, then I went to Islamabad for the job purpose and completed my Masters of Business Administration in Human Resource management from Preston University Kohat, Islamabad campus.

I am professionally HR and Administrative body. I join National Database and Registrations Authority NADRA, Ministry of Interior Government of Pakistan in 2009 and started my career from D. I. Khan NRC office. My first project And career challenge I supervised was WFCR by WFO, UNDP, Allied bank Ltd and Government of Pakistan for internally Displaced People of FATA and Waziristan agency. Then I worked and supervised different projects as a Acting Assistant Manager / Site Incharge, in Benazir Income Support Programme, Election Commission of Pakistan and in 2012 went to Islamabad to NADRA Arms License project, NADRA HQs, and resigned NADRA in Feb, 2016.

I came to Dubai, United Arab Emirates in January 2020 to explore my professional career in international reputed organizations and institutions. Also to lead my education to Ph.D in management sciences.
