3T3C1S: this is an abbreviation of three trends(employment, hiring, industrial), three concepts(career, corporation, technology) and one solution(job solution), which means the beginning of job solution for job seekers with 10 years of experience. 3T3C1S starts with a deep understanding of three trends and concepts. 3T3C1S was created in August 2021 by Sangsu shin who works as a job counselor at job center of South Korea.

Career: A Career is an experience that has a location and direction out of a solving problem. A career is action has a condition and temperature out of a creating value. It's to keep going a career anyone can do handily until no one can do it. A career is a placement such as labor, work, professional, and calling.

Problem: It's the question 'who am I'. It's about finding an answer to a question. The important problem is to solve our problems, not yours. The more important thing is aligning our problems with mine. The most difficult thing is to solve problems together.

Employer: Entrepreneurs solve our problems with an employee, like a strategist. The employer's strategy is not visible.

Job seeker: Actors who want to solve problems while increasing their skills and knowledge with their employer.

Freelancer: An independent worker solving problems or wanting to solve on a per-task basis.

Laborer: Dependent workers solving problems in non-core part.

Employment: "Employment is a relationship between employer and employee regulating the provision of paid labor services. An employee contributes labor and expertise to an endeavor of an employer or of a person conducting a business or undertaking and is usually hired to perform specific duties which are packaged into a job. Hiring: Hiring is seeking and evaluating job seekers when you need to fill a specific role at a company.

Recruiting: Recruiting involves continuous research to find the best employees for a company. Recruiting should happen regularly, not just when you need to fill a position.

New Job: a job in a new or expanding industry but does not include jobs of recalled workers or replacement jobs like job vacancies.

Jobless: people who do not have jobs. Identifying them is important to us.

Unemployed: people who are searching for a job. It is important to classify them into three groups(not knowing, knowing the path, walking the path)

Job Counselor: the duties of a job counselor who connect job seeker with the employer are checking the Location and Direction, 3T3C1S processing, Action tracking, Comparing-Ordering-collaboration embedding, and Configuring path.

Technology: technology is the driving force of change.

Change: change is to act in the next right direction.

three trends The trend is a general direction of change. A direction is actionable and has an object. As result, we're going to deliver a situation and condition.

The current industrial structure, the 4th industrial revolution is being developed based on the 3rd industrial. The digital age is characterized by seamless connectivity and connected objects create something new value by sharing theirs. Digital transformation is accelerated by advanced digital technology and COVID-19. We can know the situation and location of the industrial trend by understanding the industrial structure as a center of technology and value.

Career is to solve our problems.

Combine one point with another, and something new was created at a company where each point is collected. A company is not a corporation but a collaboration. Collaboration is not linear but a point.

Technology is the main driver for change. Entrepreneurs who see the insight of technology lead innovation.

one solution

The necessary condition for 3T3C1S is ‘change’. Change occurs when the situation was empty and technology helps it. The state of ‘empty’ is ready to be filled, and technology makes what is filled empty. In another word, when the fundamental belief that motivates action is called ‘value’, It is the action itself and is evaluated by people who share the same value. The action to connect with those people is 'change'. On the other hand, there are cases where change is challenging. In this case, first, find the cause and effect of past choices and check the career by focusing on reducing the capability and opportunity barriers to change.
