tho it may 'offend' some ppl, i use "chatese" (in wiki-p talk/discuss pages) cuz it's easier to type (my hands don't keyboard well).
My concerns lean more toward hort than taxonomical. My own witnessing and experiences, mostly in Central Inner Coast Ranges (approx. east of San Francisco).
