This creates a button to install a user script using ExpressScriptInstall.
Usage
[edit]{{User:2nfi/esi/b}} produces:
{{User:2nfi/esi/b|Hello World}} produces:
{{User:2nfi/esi/b}} produces: , which forces installation of User:2NumForIce/Tools/HideBadImages/.js instead of letting the Lua module figure out.
