About me Hi, I'm 2112 rush, formerly Jfurr1981. Although I'm originally from New Orleans, Louisiana, I grew up in Hattiesburg, Mississippi. Currently, I live in Jackson, Mississippi where I'm about to start my fourth and last year of medical school. Soon I hope to enter into a combined Internal Medicine/Pediatrics residency back in my home of New Orleans. Also, for the record, New Orleans is not a desolate wasteland now after Hurricane Katrina; the historic and commonly visited parts of the city are fully recovered and need your help...so please go visit and enjoy this wonderful town. Other than medicine, my areas interest include history, geography and geographical features, meteorology, and percussion instruments. My primary focuses on Wikipedia are routine tasks such as biography article assessment and link disambiguation, since these can be done when I have a few minutes here and there.
