Whats this?

I MEAN I KNOW ITS AN IMAGE BUT SOME ARE VERY BIG AND HOW DO I MAKE THEM SMALLER OR BIGGER??

assuming that's a genuine query: have a look at the text you entered:[[File:AK47.jpg|400px]] : the part 400px tells pc to put 400 pixels, so making that number smaller/larger will do the same to your picture as below. also note that as a rule editors do not edit another user's main page, only talk pages, but as you have left the question here, I am answering it here too: hope it helps.
