Tula Rud-e Bala (Persian: طولارود بالا)[a] is a village in, and the capital of, Tula Rud Rural District of the Central District of Talesh County, Gilan province, Iran.[4]

[edit]At the time of the 2006 National Census, the village's population was 2,039 in 476 households.[6] The 2011 census counted 1,160 people in 308 households.[7] The 2016 census measured the population of the village as 1,139 people in 317 households.[2]
