Trithyreus is a genus of hubbardiid short-tailed whipscorpions, first described by Karl Kraepelin in 1899.[1]

- Trithyreus grassii (Thorell, 1889) – Myanmar
- Trithyreus sijuensis (Gravely, 1924) – India
