Tisul (Russian: Тисуль) is an urban locality (an urban-type settlement) in Tisulsky District of Kemerovo Oblast, Russia. Population: 9,049 (2010 Census);[1] 9,484 (2002 Census);[4] 9,501 (1989 Soviet census).[5]
