Thompson's Block is a historic building at 119 E. Main Street in Madison, Wisconsin. It was built in 1868 as a grocery store for businessman Ole Thompson; at the time, it was one of twelve grocery stores on Main and King Streets. The three-story brick building has an Italianate design with a cast iron storefront, segmental arched windows on the upper stories, and a dentillated cornice. The building was used as a grocery store until the 1930s, when it was converted to a bar with offices on the upper stories. It is one of the few surviving buildings from Madison's original downtown commercial district.[2]

The building was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1984 and on the State Register of Historic Places in 1989.[3]
