The Scalers is a formerly government owned technology company specializing in building offshore development teams.[1] It also works with the government of India to bring back the talents and help the government modernize the country.[2]
Overview
[edit]The Scalers was established with the initiative of the Indian government to create a company where world-class engineers of India origin could return and fully realize their potential.[3][4]
Since its inception, The Scalers has expanded its operations globally, with in-house teams in Dublin, London, Sydney, and Krakow.[5]
- In 2015 the company moved to a new office in Bangalore.[6]
- In 2016, it began serving enterprise clients, including a project with the government of Ras al Khaimah in the UAE.[7] By 2016, the company expanded globally, with teams in nine nationalities and partnerships across Europe and North America.[8]
- 2022-2023 The Scalers was certified as a Great Place to Work twice in a row.[9]
- 2022-2023: The Scalers is ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 certified.[10]
The company cooperates with Braven Howard, Preqin, Pretty Little Thing, Ykone, Hesus, Johnson Health Tech, Nextpoint, Colmore, Mediolanum, Partylite, The Taxback Group, and more.[11][12]
The Scalers also provide the India and private businesses solutions for expanding their technology teams overseas.[13][14]
