Only for new?

Since blank-and-redirect can take place on any article of any age, I think the template would be more useful if "recently" and "new" were removed from the second sentence. Schazjmd (talk) 16:32, 21 February 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Adding additional information

There was a comment over at AN/I about how the template did not explain enough to newcomers. I've added some text to the template's sandbox as an attempt to workshop the phrasing a bit more; anybody please feel free to give feedback or make edits to the sandbox so that we can improve the current text. — Red-tailed hawk _(nest) 15:25, 22 February 2023 (UTC)[reply]
