[edit]This userbox looks nicer than the one I made, Template:User incl, and seems to cover the same area. However, three letter user template names are discouraged to avoid collision with three letter language codes, so how about moving this template to where mine is, overwriting mine? This would be inpractical if many more people use this template, ofcourse. Amaurea 08:59, 4 January 2006 (UTC)
- 1) its not a 3 letter text acronym ... its a logo. 2) its the logo for the Association of Inclusionist Wikipedians. 3) there is absolutely no problem of collision with a 3 letter language code since there is no language named inc in the ISO standards, and according to the ISO standards you dont use a language group code (so no collision with Indic group code INC) ALKIVAR™ 22:46, 4 January 2006 (UTC)
- I see, so that is what INC meant. I am not sure what you meant with the first point - does it matter if it is a logo or not? Anyway, I am convinced that this is the right template at the right place, now. By the way: Is AIW more exclusive than just being the collection of all inclusionist wikipedians? - Yes the AIW is more specific, any user can be an EN Wiki Inclusionist, the AIW is an association of Inclusionists across ALL Wikipedias, and sister sites. It has a more specific connotation. Of course the AIW is always open to new members, but this template was created by me to imply specific group membership. ALKIVAR™ 11:45, 5 January 2006 (UTC)
