"Fan"

The term "fan" is rather déclassé. As most progressive fans are a half century old, why don't we just say "enjoys" or "appreciates".
I will not be using this user box if it says "fan".

I am not a "fan" of anything.

That is fanboy nerd talk and totally inappropriate for guys who are grandfathers at this point in many cases.

I have changed the wording unilaterally, so I can use this box.
