Poor contrast of template

Added the {{Overcolored}} template to the documentation.

The colors used to color the various routes in multiple cases do not meet WCAG 2.x standards for contrast, which means people with low vision or color blindness may not be able to read the route numbers of the various lines. For example, the 1 and 2 for cablebús will be unreadable to them.
