Please add a link to Wikiscan as shown at Template:Sp-contributions-footer/sandbox, as I realise that it is much more informative than xtools. As a side request, another change in sandbox was to bring the two xtools links (edit counter & article counter) closer and sending "edit summary search" to the end. —CX Zoom[he/him] (let's talk • {C•X}) 11:16, 15 January 2023 (UTC)

- @Xaosflux: I just did, and fixed some dumb issues I initially made, thinking that MW namespace just works differently. —CX Zoom[he/him] (let's talk • {C•X}) 19:37, 15 January 2023 (UTC)
- There are some differences in design and types of information, but is there really a need for both Wikiscan and XTools? ~ Amory (u • t • c) 21:14, 15 January 2023 (UTC)
- Personally, I feel like having access to wikiscan would allow an user to go in-depth about their (or others) editing patterns and behaviour, compared to xtools, because wikiscan has lots more dissected data than xtools. Otoh, xtools has a really nice UI, and provides much of the basic information. Personally, I'd benefit from both links. Whether or not, it helps the overall community, I'm not very sure. —CX Zoom[he/him] (let's talk • {C•X}) 19:52, 19 January 2023 (UTC)

Remove CentralAuth link from sp-contributions-footer. It is now available on Special:Contribs page by mw software. Thanks. —Yahya (talk • contribs.) 06:17, 24 March 2023 (UTC)
- The new MediaWiki link is under the page heading and says CentralAuth with a local link. We currently make both a local and meta link at the bottom of the page: accounts(meta). Many users may not notice the new location and link text. To avoid duplication but still link meta, keep it next to the other global links and help those who got used to the location, I suggest to only drop the local link and just say: accounts. PrimeHunter (talk) 13:58, 24 March 2023 (UTC)
- Not done if this was the only thing in the footer, I'd remove it - but it is in a location people are used to using (which is why even the 'local' link down there is still useful). — xaosflux Talk 18:46, 27 March 2023 (UTC)
