[edit]This complements {{scrollable}}, which like many other templates, doesn't work well with embedded templates, DIVs, so the solution is a pair set of templates, scrollable-top and scrollable-bottom. It functions like {{archive-top}} and {{archive-bottom}} pair, and similar templates.
