Relative protocol usage

At present, the LIBRIS template uses http: as a protocol, but the LIBRIS site appears to support https: as well. However, the results appear to be formatted differently at present, that's why I didn't switch to relative protocols (just "//" instead of "http://" or "https://") at this time. However, this should be monitored and the template adjusted if the site's support for https: becomes more reliable in the future. --Matthiaspaul (talk) 22:25, 5 May 2016 (UTC)
