Sorting problem

I see one HUGE problem with the template scheme... the name sorting is totally wrong. Lists of people need to be sorted by family name, not given name. I don't know template syntax well enough to even try to fix it... but I know that squad templates in basketball sort by family name, so I know it can be done.
