{{help}} How to display the header text as one wants to. I mean to display your username without your signature and link. Just simply to write such as "Resolved comments from Example" instead of "Resolved comments from Example (talk) 14:50, 21 February 2015 (UTC)"

You would either have to do it...

1. Manually
2. Use the template and then edit the result
3. Write your own template
