This document from ESC 6 has districts by county but it only lists the counties in which they have their adminisrative headquarters. Many of these districts extend into other counties, so in this template I list the districts in all counties in which they reside. If the counties they occupy are mostly served by another ESC, the counties are mentioned in a footnote.
