Purpose of template

I have created this template as a proposed fix for a problem being discussed at Template talk:Copyvio -- namely, the situation where a user thinks that there might be a copyright violation, wants to conspicuously flag the article for review, but doesn't feel confident enough to justify "killing" the article by replacing it with the {{copyvio}} tag. Since this is purely a proposal, I have not added this template to any instruction pages, and would encourage others not to either until a consensus is reached. Kickaha Ota 00:51, 17 August 2006 (UTC)
