Additional parameters proposed

I frequently use this template. Not uncommonly, I am declining deletion of an article or page tagged for multiple reasons. I would like to add optional parameters to handle additional CSD reasons DES ^(talk)_{DESiegel Contribs} 21:22, 29 December 2019 (UTC)
