Modern forms
[edit]Question, are the Walsh Act and the 1923 municipal manager law really refered to as "modern formers"? I ask, because of all the forms, these two are by far the oldest. Walsh Act is enacted 1911; 1923 municipal manager law has its date right in the name. The special municipal charter form became an option with the 1947 constitution. Faulkner Act forms were enacted in 1950. If these original two are, indeed, refered to formally as "modern forms" then that's that. But if they aren't, perhaps amother term to better describe them is in order. Because temporally, it makes the template look 'out of order' if that makes any sense. --Criticalthinker (talk) 07:43, 18 January 2022 (UTC)
