Justification: The direct inclusion of the image and link causes the image to pollute the set of images seen from the fullscreen image viewer on each article that transcludes the template (including via navigational box templates). Also makes this consistent with other templates similarly named and used like Template:IND.

On hold until 16 Mach 2021: I am not entire sure why the redirect was removed by Fade258 and then was changed to not use {{flag}} by Pktlaurence.
