Change format to years, plus additional info

I propose changing the format of this template slightly to make it more visual user friendly/informative. Other ACW state templates of this type typically had subsections based on time period: pre-war, 1861, 1862, 1863, 1864, 1865, reconstruction. I propose moving battles and events and anything else that fits to this chronological categorization, but retain other general categories below that.
