manual and hot metal typesetting

so, paige compositor is not "hot metal". true, there is no other good place to plug it, and it will be a shame not to have it in the template. how about changing the section title from Hot metal typesetting to "Mechanical and Hot metal typesetting"?

in addition, under "manual typesetting" there are some items that i do not think belong there: e.g., Slug, Strut, Reglet, Furniture, Leading, Quoin, Chase, and Forme, all belong to "Imposition", not manual typesetting. my knowledge is very limited, but as far as i understand, all of those terms are equally relevant to hot-metal typesetting.
