Does Stroud Mall belong here? While it is clearly outside of the A-B-E MSA, it is only five miles north of Blue Mountain from Northampton County, from where it draws a significant amount of shoppers from the Slate Belt. I am unsure as to whether a mall must be within the MSA boundaries to qualify for inclusion in the template, but I shall allow this case in the meantime. There is a strong possibility of Warren County returning to Greater NYC according to the Census Bureau's employment-interchange standard, and if that occurs, I shall remain in favour of the continued inclusion of the Phillipsburg Mall, due to its proximity to Northampton County and Phillipsburg clearly being a suburb of Easton, federal all-or-nothing definitions by county notwithstanding. Surprise in March 2013---the NYC Combined Statistical Area engulfed the whole region and now includes five PA counties with 7.4% of the PA population. Heff01 (talk) 17:35, 22 February 2014 (UTC)[reply]
